As an Administrative Assisstant, you are expected to support RISKTAL's leadership with administraive tasks and contribute in streamlining the daily operations.

Key Responsibilities *

  • Provide general support to the CEO Office including agenda setting, key decision making/informational items requested by the team, completion of standard reporting, tracking decisions and ensuring all follow up items are completed.
  • Support RISKTAL's Division's Directors administratively.
  • Compile and coordinate materials to be submitted to Executive meetings.
  • Assist in research, preparation, and written documentation for special projects, presentations and meetings.
  • Support the preparation and management of reports requested by stakeholders regularly and on ad hoc basis.
